How do I know my reservation is confirmed?
After completing and confirming your reservation, and after it has been input into our computer reservation database system, you will receive an email with a voucher containing the reservation number which you must print. This voucher will be requested on your arrival / departure by our drivers/ representatives.
What does my transport reservation include?
If it is a one way reservation, it includes 1 (one) transport in a requested vehicle. If your reservation is a return transfer or a golf transfer, it will include the return transport on the days and times referred on the voucher.
When I arrive at faro airport where do I head to?
You should head to the gate by the meeting point , where our representative / driver, will be with reservation name, waiting for you / group. Should you be confronted with baggage loss or some delay, you must inform us of the situation via our emergency number.
What happens if my plane is delayed?
Through our computer system, we do have access to the flight schedules and the respective delays supplied in real time by Faro airport; therefore when the flight arrives on the new schedule, our driver / representative will be at the meeting point area, with your transport reservation name. You can contact our emergency number at any time.
How much luggage can i take?
Each passenger will have room for one suitcase and one carry-on (hand luggage). Should you have extra luggage or golf bags you must mention them in the transport reservation. The hand luggage is of the responsibility of the customers/ clients.
How will the lodging services be done to Faro airport?
As mentioned by the client/ customer, the pick-up point will be indicated on the transport reservation. Our computer system, to ensure the smooth running of the transportation, is programmed so that your departure pick-up point is effected and arrive at the check-in ao of Faro Airport 2 hours before flight departure.
Is your service direct to my destination?
Yes. Our company only works with the private sector, this being, after being greeted by our representative / driver you will follow directly to your destination, it is not a shuttle.
Is your company certified?
Our company is certified by the Portuguese Government and has all of the required licenses for that effect, and is also authorised by the Tourism of Portugal with the RNAVT 3290 . All of our vehicles are owned by the company and are duly insured by certified insurance companies.
Can I cancel or alter my transport reservation?
You can alter the transport reservation at any time, until 12h before the transport, mentioning your reservation number via email correspondence or via our emergency number. As far as the cancelation of reservations is concerned, the full amount of the money will only be reimbursed if this is done 48h before the transport.
